We bought it 2 years ago and its been the best thing ever for us. The house is so much warmer and no more chimney mess.
We had to release it on Saturday as a bird was stuck in the chimney. The chimella worked a treat and we safely took the bird outside unlike pre chimella when our living room was ruined by a bird coming in.
We love this product and we couldn’t live without it.
Can’t thank Simon enough for his absolutely brilliant customer service. After a email from me saying l couldn’t get my Chimella to fit (more my incompetence than anything) Simon phoned me back within a few minutes. Without hesitation he came to house and fitted it for us. You don’t expect service like this in this day and age. Could not recommend this product too highly. Everybody with a open chimney should get one.
I bought my Chimella back in the beginning of 2015 and used my Chimella every day since. The Chimella is a superb product, saves heat, prevents soot and debris fall, and is easy to manage and operate. What more can you ask for?!
Great customer service also as I accidentally snapped the handle rather than using a squidge of WD40. Handle was replaced no problem that day hassle free. What a lovely company to deal with and a fantastic product which I would recommend to any body.
