Many thanks for the replacement Chimella … I was really missing it!
Here is a review for the product:
The Chimella does exactly what we were told it would do! We have an old Cottage and when the fire is not lit, the chimney creates a very cold room by the amount of cold air coming down into the room. This is now easily stopped with the Chimella. After accidental breaking one of the arms I contacted Chimella for help.
Great customer service with a call from Simon to help with a replacement and prompt delivery.
I love my Chimella ! Really nicely made piece of kit.
Great customers Service too and thanks for your advice which really made me confident to buy.
Thank you !
We bought three Chimella back in 2013 at the London Home building and renovating show. I think it was the launch of the product so I guess we have one of the very first chimellas. We bought one at the show but were so impressed with the results that we bought another two online. We use our fires probably couple of dozen times a year but the rest of the time we have the chimellas inserted and blocking the chimney.
I must say that the chimellas are brilliant and the difference it has made to our house being warm is huge. so much so that when you take them out you really notice the draught.Being a long time user as well it is great to find a product that lasts longer than 5 minutes so hats off to Chimella for such a solid well made bit of kit that really does do what it says on the tin.
It is rare that we really recommend any products to people or write reviews but we recommend Chimella to all our friends and have never had anything heard but praise for this great product.
Well done Simon with your Invention and glad to see that you are going from strength to strength with your awards.
Very Happy customers.Many Thanks
