Thank you Si for sending me a replacement Chimella, it was especially good of you as it was due to the chimney taking in water that damaged the first one and not a direct problem with your product. I have to say that it makes an amazing difference to the temperature in my house, I couldn’t recommend it more, far superior to the other ways I have previously tried, as it is so easy and clean to use especially folding up so neatly. I can’t remember the last time someone actually wanted to hear about a query I have had. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone listen sincerely and really want to help. Wishing you and the Chimella all the very best with the future, excellant product and excellant service.
Kind regards
I live in 18th Century stone farmhouse in rural South Wales. Bought the Chimella extra large. Most impressive company I’ve dealt with for many years. Quick delivery of order. Got call back in respect of query within 10 minutes of phoning and query resolved within couple of days. Got subsequent follow up call to make sure I was happy. Thank you Simon and your excellent team.
Simon,
The Chimella has been fitted for a few months now and we have recently had some really cold times. The front room is draught-free and much, much warmer. One bonus which I am not sure you or anyone else has realised; this is a modern house with the chimney built on the outside (in other words the chimney sticks out from the side of the house). This chimney runs on the outside of our bedroom. The Chimella has made this room a hell of a lot warmer as well as, I suppose, there is not a continuous cold draught running down the chimney making the outside wall cold. Well done and I hope you are really successful and The Dragons have to eat their words.
Kind Regards,
Paul Wood
