A few weeks ago I ordered a chimella from you. It arrived, I fitted it and only have one question: why didn’t I order one before!! It is fantastic. Whereas we could sit in the front room and our feet would always be cold this has now been completely eliminated. What a great product.

All the best for the future!

Having bought 8 of these on a whim at grand designs the pressure was on for this product to work; our Victorian house was draughty from all angles we simply hadn’t realised quite how much we were loosing up the chimney. The Chimella umbrellas did exactly what they were supposed to do simply and quickly we would happily recommend this to anyone.

Simon best of luck with everything and congratulations on an absolutely brilliant product!

I was searching the Internet for a product to reduce draught that was coming through my chimneys, and came across the Chimella. It looked much stronger than the other products I had seen, so I decided to enquire.

I was not sure which size Chimella to purchase and I contacted Simon and he promptly returned my call. We are located in the same area, and Simon kindly came to my home to do the installation.

I purchased two Chimellas for the living and dinning rooms, which were extremely cold.
The rooms are warmer and has reduced the need for the heaters to be on unnecessarily.

This is an excellent product and it does as it says, and I highly recommend it. Simon provided a 5 Star customer service, which is extremely hard to find these days.

If you need a draught excluder that works, this is the one. Don’t delay purchase yours today!

Simon, I wish you continued success with this product.
