I would like to thank you for your prompt response to rectifying the problem I informed you about with my Chimella not opening. The fact you made contact straight away to help rectifying the problem shows a commitment to good customer satisfaction and desire to ensure the product continues to work correctly for the customer.
Great to say that the Chimella is now working again and on my part definitely need to get my chimney cleaned!!

I recently bought a Chimella and an issue fitting it. Within 5 minutes of me contacting, Simon rung me and walked me through the best way to fit it. Only been 4 days but we definitely already feel the difference. Great product!

I am contacting you to express my gratitude for the help you gave me with regards to what I had thought was a faulty product (After 2 years)
I had purchased 2 x Chimella after seeing them on Dragons Den and felt it was time to give them a clean
To cut a long story short .I had problems with one of the units and called the contact number. I left a message and was delighted to get a call back soon after from Simon himself who after explaining my problem and his knowledge we soon resolved the issue and the unit ( which we established was not faulty ) is now back in service
I am grateful for the time and help given to me.
I was already very happy with the product and I am now also very satisfied with the company and the aftersales support

Many thanks for your help today. I apparently have one of your first designs from 2013 so we disputed where the hexagonal part and where the round part of the shafts sat. You offered me the chance to Facetime to resolve this issue and to help me to smooth out the action of my chimella which had become slow.
What great customer service. I really appreciated being able to speak to you when I first bought the chimella and I was really impressed that you still offer such personal service.
I really can’t recommend your product and customer service highly enough. The world would be a better place if all products were backed up with such service!

We would just like to say how impressed we are with your service. After an email to you on a saturday afternoon, you called back within an hour to discuss what had happened when we tried to install the Chimella and then you came out to us on a sunday to help and install it for us.
It’s very rare to receive this level of service these days and we would have no qualms recommending your quality product to anyone.
