We have had the Chimella for many years now and I can’t tell you what a difference it has made. We have a through lounge and it was always cold and draughty. I can always hear the wind in the chimney. We had tried a chimney balloon in the past but it kept falling out . We bought the Chimella, which we thought was expensive at the time but we needed a solution. It has been fantastic and probably almost paid for itself by now in fuel savings. It was worth every penny and is still in good condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

So so impressed with the customer service provided by Simon at Chimella given the fact that I was calling from Ireland. I had difficulties installing it for the first time as I was unsure how it would fit in a round flue but Simon called me not once, not twice, but three times to ensure my Chimella was working properly. I tend to panic with anything diy but he lead me step by step with a video call and guided me through the instalI. Amazing service and I totally recommend this product!!!

We’re really pleased with our Chimella, our living room is noticeably warmer after fitting it! We’ve just moved to a new house and the daily ‘it’s freezing in this room’ conversation has stopped now. I had some initial issues trying to get it to fit inside our particular chimney – the example used on the main video on the website didn’t work for me, as our chimney is a different shape and so I wasn’t using the correct technique. Simon from the company was incredibly helpful and talked me through exactly what I needed to do by video call. Now that I understand where and how to fit it, it is straightforward to use (I need to put it up as high as I can in my chimney to get past the slope bit and up into the main cylinder). Thank you, great customer service and great quality product.
