Chimella - 5 Stars

We had long seen a problem in heat loss in our lounge through our open fireplace. Seeing the Chimella at the Ideal Home Christmas show seemed to offer the solution and that is certainly what it has proved to be as we can really notice the difference when it is in place. There have been no problems with the fit and it is easy to remove and store away when the fire is in use.

We have had a problem with our fitment but an email, which brought a very prompt response, and a phone call later and the problem was solved so excellent service as well. Highly recommended!

Many thanks for all your help!

Hi Si
Just to let you know that, following our recent exchange about the safe arrival of the Chimella after the postal strikes delay, we installed it in no time at all following the very clear instructions and are delighted with the results.
Thank you so much for your swift and courteous response to my query and for eliminating the draught whistling down our chimney!
A real pleasure and a breath of fresh air dealing with you and your unbelievable customer service.

Thank you so much for your immediate response regarding what I believed was a broken mechanism, but after a brief phone discussion followed by a video call with Simon it was in fact operator error and Simon so kindly talked me through the correct process to ensure the Chimella stayed open. Your Custom Service is outstanding Simon. The product itself is brilliant and does a fantastic job at sealing the Chimney and helping to keep our home warm.
Thanks again Kim.
